Save up from 15% off the best available rate (find out more here) and discover our four-day program of things to do in London First Day - Good FridayThis Easter weekend, London is the place to be. Good Friday on the 10th April is the perfect time to discover the spectacular ecclesiastical architecture and interiors of London's churches, such as Southwark Cathedral and Westminster Abbey. Head to Trafalgar Square to watch an unforgettable Passion Play, a 90-minutes open-air production with screens for enhanced visibility which is completely free. There are two performances of 'The Passion of Jesus', the first at noon and a later one at 3.15 pm. If you feel like buying some Easter treats, the covered Canopy Market at King's Cross is highly recommended. Second Day - Easter SaturdayEaster Saturday, which falls on 11th April, is a good time to ensure you have all the Easter eggs you need for the big day itself. Luckily, London is home to some of the world's finest chocolatiers, such as Melt or Le Jeune Chocolatiers. If you have children, why not take them on an Easter egg hunt? Ham House is worth a trip into nearby Hertfordshire for the Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt which is free to National Trust Members. After a morning spent rushing around after yummy eggs, you'll all be ready for a delicious afternoon tea at Heston Hyde (reservations must be done in advance, here) Third Day - Easter SundayIf you are looking for things to do in London on Easter weekend, treat yourself to an Easter Sunday Brunch in London. Kaspar’s at The Savoy and The Blues Kitchen Brixton are very popular venues for those staying in the capital on Easter city breaks. Or you could book a table in a traditional pub for Easter Sunday lunch in London. We love The Alfred Tennyson, The Harwood Arms or at Simpson's in the Strand, although the latter is a restaurant. Riverside pubs are always a great choice - after a traditional Easter Sunday meal of succulent roast lamb with all the trimmings, what could be nicer than a stroll along the River Thames? Fourth Day - Easter MondayOn Easter Monday on 13th April, you could make the most of the bank holiday by booking tickets to a matinee or evening show in a West End theatre. If the weather is fine this Easter weekend in London, welcome the spring by exploring London's parks and green spaces where the daffodils will be looking their best. Head back to the hotel and unwind in our swimming pool, sauna and gym before going back to work. If you are looking for other things to do in London this Easter weekend, it's worth checking our other attractions this spring.
